At Studio Xenon, every piece is crafted with care, one layer at a time. Since our lamps are handcrafted and 3D printed and each lamp is custom-crafted after you place your order, with optional name engraving that makes it truly yours. each one is unique—you may notice slight variations in texture or finish. These are not flaws but beautiful marks of the handmade process that make your lamp truly one of a kind. Every piece is 3D printed, hand-assembled, and made with care—just for you.

Because of this personalized process, we do not accept returns or cancellations once the order is placed.

💔 But if something arrives broken…

If your lamp arrives damaged in transit, please reach out to us at support@studioxenon.in within 3 days of delivery.

Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

Your order number

Once we verify the damage, we’ll help you return the piece. A fresh, identical replacement will be crafted and shipped to you—at no extra cost.

✨ A Note on Imperfections

Due to the 3D printing process and our handcrafted approach, minor variations in color, texture, or surface finish are natural and expected. These small differences are what make each lamp special—a one-of-a-kind creation made just for you.

🚚 Shipping Info

All lamps are made-to-order, including personalization (like name engraving).
We usually ship within 5–7 business days after your order is confirmed.

Delivery within India typically takes another 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
